Many churches face a critical challenge, building an effective development program for their ministry leaders. BHJR Servant Leadership offers a fresh perspective on developing servant leaders, specifically addressing the common pitfall of applying secular leadership styles in a ministry context. Many of us have mistakenly carried over our civilian leadership approaches, which can prove problematic within a church setting.
